TASTE OF POLONIA 2008
Weekend of Inspiration - Music Makes a Difference
Join us for our 29th annual Taste of Polonia - the biggest Polish neighborhood festival!
The Taste celebrates rich Polish heritage, customs and traditions through music, dance, cuisine and folk art. During the festival, food vendors serve delicious Polish cuisine, and there is a variety of non-stop live entertainment, games of skill and chance, performances by ethnic dancers and musical groups, and original arts & crafts.
The festival's growing audience includes Polish-Americans from the entire Chicagoland, as well as people from various ethnic groups and neighborhoods. Many languages are heard on the grounds because Taste of Polonia has become one of the most popular ethnic fests in Chicago, drawing crowds of close to 40,000 during its four day span.
