Retail Order Terms

Please read and agree to the following. Print this page and retain for your records.

  • All Prices are subject to change based on changing supplier prices.  You will be notified if the price is going to change.
  • All orders will be processed on weekdays, within 3-4 business days. If  your need is more urgent, please email us.

Payment Methods

  • We accept Visa or MasterCard. You may receive a phone call to verify credit card information.

Shipping

  • A handling charge of $3.50 will be add in your shipping charges.  
  • We do not guarantee the estimated shipping charges. The cost of shipping  is based on the final weight of your order. Charges will show up accurately on  your final invoice, included with your shipped order.  
  • UPS and FedEx do NOT deliver on weekends. Do not count weekends when  considering speed of delivery, unless you pay extra for Saturday delivery.  

Returns

  • Returns are accepted for full refund, or exchange, only if returned to us within 30 days of receipt of purchase and only if the item is in the original  packaging and condition.
  • When returning items please supply the following information: your name, contact information, order #, reason for return and what you would like in  exchange or if you would like a credit or refund.  

Original shipping fees are not refundable.
